Working under the head of the municipal central kitchen, within a team of 4 agents
Your tasks:
Assist the chef in the preparation of hot or cold culinary preparations
Maintain the premises and equipment as part of the cleaning plan
Participate in the distribution of lunchtime meals to children in the school canteen

Adaptability, responsiveness, autonomy
Sense of organization and anticipation
Rigor
Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal
skills Experience in collective catering would be a plus
Remuneration
Statutory remuneration – compensation scheme – membership of the CNAS
Experience required
Ability to apply health and safety rules, HACCP knowledge
Autonomy on the stages of meal preparation and on the maintenance of the premises
Knowledge of the regulations in collective catering
Ability to work in a team under the directives of the chef
level of studies
Minimum CAP cooking training
HACCP training desired
