Plans have finally been submitted to build the new multi-cultural centre in Lassay Les Châteaux, on the site of the stadium (Place de Victor Hugo). Architecture Blanchard Marsault Pondevie have drawn up the plans for a new building to unite the library, Conservatoire and youth organisations. The project will cost over 7 million euros and should be completed by the summer of 2025.
